Orders
Orders in Crodl are placed in one of two ways:
- Trade Ticket — the order form in the Terminal (
/main): market, limit, and Chase orders with time-in-force (GTC, IOC, FOK, Post Only), leverage up to the pair's maximum, and optional TP/SL - Triggers — reusable webhook automations on the Automations page (
/trading-terminal), fired manually, from TradingView, or from any webhook. See Triggers
There is no separate standalone order form — the trading data tabs below track what those two paths produce.
Order Tabs
The trading data section (on the Automations page, mirrored as dock panels in the Terminal) has five tabs:
Active Positions
Your live positions with real-time PnL. See Positions.
Open Orders
Currently active orders waiting to be filled:
- Limit orders waiting for price to reach your level
- TP/SL trigger orders waiting for their trigger condition
- Each order shows: symbol, side, type, trigger price, execution price, size, and time placed
Open orders update in real time via WebSocket — they share the same connection as your live positions, so there is no additional overhead. When an order is filled, cancelled, or modified on the exchange, it is reflected in the panel within seconds.
Executed Triggers
Every trigger execution with status (Success, Failed, Partial, Accepted, Canceled), timing breakdown, and expandable error detail. See Order Flow → Tracking Executions.
Order History
Individual fills from the exchange: time, instrument, side, position side, fill price, size, PnL, and fees — including partial fills on limit orders.
Allocation IDs
Your allocation buckets: opened and remaining size per allocation_id, so you can see what each strategy bucket still holds.
Managing Open Orders
Each open order row has actions:
- Cancel — remove the order from the exchange's book
- Modify — edit a limit order's price, or adjust a TP/SL trigger via the TP/SL editor
Cancelling an order is immediate on most exchanges. Orders are cancelled one at a time — there is no "Cancel All" button. To bulk-cancel before a trigger fires, use the trigger's cancel_unfilled policy instead.
Order Confirmation
Confirmations are built in where they matter, and cannot be turned off:
- Trade Ticket orders submit with one click; orders of $10,000+ notional require an extra confirmation dialog
- Running a trigger manually always shows a confirmation dialog summarizing the trade
- Closing or reversing a position always shows a confirmation dialog
